It all started, like most stories do, when our youngest child was 4 year old son's and his only request for Christmas that year, was a "baby huntin dog".
We decided on a Labrador Retriever for our son because of it's versatility as both a family companion and a stead fast hunting partner.
That lead to the purchase of our first lab, Maximillion Yellow Lab. We were hooked.
Since that time, we have gone on to breed, train, and hunt with these fine companions.
and over these years we have been blessed to meet people that share a love for dogs and have helped us learn more about the breed.
Our goal became to breed quality dogs that were physically sound and mentally superior to the average dog.
We have a 4 acre fenced yard so that our dogs are free to exercise in a safe environment.
We also bring the dogs into our home so that they are comfortable with the sounds and smells of a home.
This also helps to create a bond that carries over into our training sessions.
We have been fortunate to meet and work with some great trainers that have been very helpful in passing on their knowledge to us.
But training is rewarding when you start with a solid and intelligent dog.
We are a small family kennel. Our mission is to Breed Puppies from only geniticly sound parents and to only whelp a few litters a year, so that we are able to focus on enjoying and socializing the pups.
